NDIS personal care services provide support with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, eating and drinking, going to the toilet, and moving around the home. These services can be provided in a range of settings including the person’s home, community facilities or residential aged care homes.
NDIS personal care services can be delivered by a range of providers including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal carers and disability support workers. The intensity and frequency of these services will be determined by the individual’s needs and goals as outlined in their NDIS plan.
